To begin your “Professional Package” WordPress website development, we need to receive your payment first. As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with further instructions to enable our team to begin your website development project. Specific details of your project must be provided by you; ie: the text content files to be received by customer (you), image files, logo files, company/website information and details (what type of website are we building for you?) ie: give us a summary of the “theme-appearance” you would like to see for your website? Questions such as; do you already have a dedicated email account that you would like to use for your website; do you require any additional functions for your website that are not included in this package? You can “a la carte” additional services one-at-a-time, to be added to your website. You will receive additional payment links for those “a la carte” services. Your website will be rendered as “unpaid-status” until full payment is received for each service-order-request. The reason for this is; it takes a lot of development time for our team to build each specific function so we must ensure payment for our service-time before we implement additional services into your website development project. - The customer contacts us via email with their website requirements.
- Our team reviews the request and provides a detailed quotation, including pricing, features, timeline, and any additional costs.
- The customer confirms acceptance of the quote via email.
2️⃣ Invoice Generation & Payment Details (if Enterprise Package is chosen)
- We generate an official invoice and send it via email, including:
✅ Total project cost and payment breakdown (e.g., deposit, milestones, final payment).
✅ Payment options (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card, online payment gateway).
✅ Payment due dates and terms.
3️⃣ Secure Payment Processing
- The customer makes the payment using their preferred method.
- Once payment is received, we confirm it via email and begin the project.
4️⃣ Development Progress & Milestone Payments (if applicable)
- For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestone-based installments (e.g., 50% upfront, 25% after design approval, 25% upon final delivery).
- The customer receives regular progress updates and submits payments as per agreed terms.
5️⃣ Final Payment & Project Delivery
- Once the website is fully developed and approved, the final payment is requested.
- Upon receipt of the final payment, we deliver the website files, launch the site, and provide any necessary credentials.
6️⃣ Post-Launch Support & Invoice Completion
- The customer receives a confirmation email with final documentation (invoice receipt, login credentials, training guides, etc.).
- We provide post-launch support (if included in the package) for a smooth transition.
