In the event you have more complex questions that require more detailed answers, we require you book a consultation so we can get more intricate, necessary details from you. A Consultation is necessary about 50% of the time. Only standard development services can be booked with basic information from the client so keep that in mind. 

Yes, the option to pay for any of our development services through our website is available. We also accept checks. No services can begin until any checks received have cleared beforehand. So, submitting payment through our website is the fastest way to get started. 

Absolutely. Mighty Sites utilizes the bullet-proof online payment system offered by Stripe, Woocommerce, and Apple Pay. We can even arrange Paypal payments, if needed.  

All services are non-refundable services. We pay our development team even when someone has a complaint. With that being said, it is crucial that we receive all the proper information needed “pre-build” because we only provide services that have been payed for. Website Development is a professional service provided by experts in our field. Sometimes it’s possible that edits and configurations must be made to your website and/or service that you booked but we do not issue any refunds for services rendered. In other words; all-sales-are-final. 

This is simple. Once we have reviewed your submission of the Customer Questionnaire; you will be directed and guided to the proper service link to submit payment and book your requested services. After payment submission; you will be contacted by email and if necessary, you will also be contacted by phone by developer sales. In is customary for us to communicate with our clients primarily by email in most cases. However, we may find it easier and more precise to have a phone conversation as well.
